Kat is a fuller style Sauvignon blanc wine from South Africa which shows what is possible when you combine good terroir with calculated winemaking and good maturation in carefully selected oak. A wine that is both bold and elegant.

Kat showcases elegant aromas of exotic fruit (starfruit, dragon fruit), undertones of tropical aromas (passionfruit and ripe pineapple), and yellow fruit (peaches). On the palate, we strive to create a fine balance between elegant and well-rounded wine, supported by crisp freshness, good length, and minerality at the end.

She is also one of those rare cat-inspired wines that will age for 7 years and beyond, provided stored under optimum conditions.
